Keke Palmer took vocal flight at Major League Baseball’s World Series with a soaring rendition of the US National Anthem.
The multi-hyphenate star, whose success spans TV, movies, and more, showcased her musical gravitas with the melismatic offering of ‘The Star-Spangled Banner.’
Confident and controlled, the performance earned Palmer immediate praise from the adorning audience and those watching too.

Go Keke! That was powerful!
I’ve always loved Keke but her voice and vocals sound weak singing this.
Tragic
Ima definitely pass on this one.
She sounds great. A clean and simple rendition. Wonderful job, Keke
go girl!
She looks and sounds great!! Her voice was strong and controlled from beginning to end. Very nice.
Nooooooooooo ma’am 💅🏿 Stick with your substitute hosting girl job
She did just fine. A confident, well placed and controlled vocal. Pitch was there, belts were reasonably resonant and the vibrato was utilized well.
A lot of non singers with zero technical knowledge here writing her off because she doesnt give a powerhouse Whitney Houstonesque vocal. Utter nonsense.
Shes a different vocal fach. Her voice is naturally light and girly and she put on a technically solid performance within the boundaries of the instrument she was blessed with.
If everyone sounded the same and had the same type of voice it wold be one boring music industry.
Great job Keke 👌
THANK YOU!
THANK YOU!!
“Just fine” is not good enough.
AMAZING CONTROL THROUGHOUT!!! I swear, some of y’all so used to non-singing these days until it’s clouded your thinking of what ACTUAL good singing is. Technique, control and breath support ALL on point! Kudos!
