Four months after landing his third consecutive Billboard 200 top 20 album, ‘Gold-Diggers Sound,’ GRAMMY-winning crooner Leon Bridges expands the project with three songs via the release of its deluxe edition.
To celebrate the effort’s unveiling, Bridges invites fans to take a listen to one of the revamped version’s new numbers: the Jazmine Sullivan-assisted ‘Summer Rain.’
“Forty days and forty nights / Wrapped in covers drenched in white / And it’s getting warmer like a sauna / I don’t wanna make it out alive,” Sullivan croons on the sensual, King Garbage-produced track.
