Dr. Dre‘s roller-coaster divorce from Nicole Young looks to have reached its final stop – after many bumps along the way.

And it’s come with a hefty price tag.

While an iron-clad prenuptial agreement means the mogul is keeping the vast majority of his $820 million fortune, he has agreed to a settlement agreement with Young to the tune of $100 million.

According to TMZ, the property-geared deal will see Dre pony up $50 million now and $50 million in a year’s time.

The pact means the Hip-Hop force will keep seven of the properties he owned with his ex, including a Malibu home, two houses in Calabasas, and four properties in Los Angeles, including a $100 million estate in Brentwood.

Furthermore, the 56-year-old will retain full rights to his trademarks, master recording, Apple stocks, profits from the Beats by Dre sale to the tech giant, and various other business investments.

As for what’s actually being split.

Dre will keep six cars, while his 51-year-old ex will take four.

Young will retain ownership of cash, jewelry, and bank accounts that she held during the marriage.

While a prenup meant many of the particulars were predetermined, Young – who was with Dre for 24 years – contested a number of key points including spousal support.

With the final asset details ironed out, Young will also reportedly be tasked with paying her own legal fees (which are said to be in the millions).

Dre’s high-powered attorney Laura Wasser drew on her unique approach of lobbying for a quick divorce and addressing financial matters after.

Now, both matters have been settled.
