The legal woes continue to pile up on Chris Brown.
Just days after reports surfaced the R&B bad boy’s former housekeeper is moving forward with her $1M lawsuit against him stemming from a gruesome dog attack she alleges happened on his property (as we first reported here), the singer’s been hit with a separate $20 million lawsuit related to his reported involvement in a sexual assault incident.
Details inside:
In documents obtained by TMZ, the woman – who says she is a singer/model/choreographer – claims she encountered Chris while hanging out on Diddy’s docked yacht on Miami’s Star Island in December 2020.
According to the unidentified woman, the ‘Loyal’ singer offered her a mixed drink that led her to feel “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.” Later describing the sensation as one that put her in a state of being “disoriented and physically unstable,” she claims Chris took advantage of her position by undressing her, kissing her, and ejaculating inside her despite her requests for him to stop the advances. She also alleges he texted her the next day to demand she take a “Plan B” pill (which she did).
Although her attorneys says she didn’t report the incident to authorities closer to the time it allegedly occurred due to being embarrassed, she’s now found the courage to sue for $20 million in damages that include emotional distress.
As of time reported, Brown has not responded to the allegations.
