Kanye West has long been synonymous with being outspoken.
Yet, recent times have seen the controversial rapper double down on said approach like never before.
Indeed, in the last week alone, Ye has expressed frustration over access to his children, slammed ex Kim Kardashian‘s new boo Pete Davidson, and declared his affections for new partner Julia Fox.
Now, he’s taken to social media to vent about his forthcoming Netflix documentary event ‘Jeen-Yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy.’
Full story below…
As reported, the doc (which will air over three weeks) is billed as being 21 years in the making and provides a raw and unvarnished look into the world of one of music’s most celebrated, complicated, layered, and polarizing names.
Ahead of its debut on February 16, West has made a public demand for creative control.
Moments ago, he wrote:
“I’m going to say this kindly for the last time
I must get final edit and approval on this doc before it releases on Netflix
Open the edit room immediately so I can be in charge of my own image
Thank you in advance 😊”
No further details were provided. But, like most things Kanye, this ultimately amounts to promotion – whichever way its diced or sliced.

He’s a joke. He thrives off this ridiculous controversy. He could have spoken with Netflix in private about this. It’s sad that he would rather being on TMZ rather than make good music.
Bloated, drunk CLOWN.
This should be handled privately.
Way to mess with young, talented BLACK filmmakers….
This n*gga a straight KOON
