Per the BPI, ‘Essence’ has officially certified Gold in the region for equivalent sales in the region of 400,000 units.
Meanwhile, Starboy’s ‘Made In Lagos’ LP received a Silver certification for equivalent sales of 200,000 units.
The news comes on the heels of the summer scorcher nabbing a top 10 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US and Wizkid’s nominations at the forthcoming 2022 GRAMMYs.
