For, the music legend is now showing support for Ukraine after the Russia invasion.

Taking to Instagram, she shared a new remix of her song ‘Sorry’ from her 2005 ‘Confessions on a Dance Floor’ album along with a message of support for the Ukraine. The Queen of Pop captioned the post, saying:
“Russia’s Pointless and Greed Driven Invasion Of the Ukraine MUST be stopped!! Please Send in Humanitarian Aid to help millions of citizens of the Ukraine who’s lives are being affected by this CRISIS at this very moment !!”
“Putin has Violated Every Human Rights Accord in Existence. Putin has no right to try to erase the existence of the Ukraine. We support you President Zelensky!! We are praying for you and your country! 🙏🏼. God Bless You All!”
Madonna’s post comes shortly after the battle for the Ukraine capital has begun. According to CNN, fighting has started in the streets and explosions were heard overnight as Russian troops invaded the city.
The Russian assault began on Thursday and came by land, sea, and air.
As of reporting, more than 120,000 people have fled the Ukraine since Thursday.
