Who will win: Olivia Rodrigo

Much like Megan Thee Stallion last year, Olivia Rodrigo seems poised to pick up several trophies across the major categories. Her rise to fame over the last year has been one of legend. She burst onto the scene with a #1 debut single and scored three other top 10 hits from her ‘Sour’ album. Couple the success with critical-acclaim and you have the recipe for this year’s Best New Artist winner.

Who should Win: Olivia Rodrigo

With one of the best debut albums in recent years and after her domination last year on the charts and love from critics to boot, there seems no possible way she can lose.

Dark horse: Finneas

While Olivia seems poised to take nearly every category she is nominated in, there could be an upset or two along the way. For this category, it comes in the form of Finneas – Billie Eilish’s brother and collaborator. Not only did he land his first charting album last year, but he is known to be loved by the Academy, having won eight awards previously. So, it’s clear that if there were to be an upset, it would be here.
