Beyond being a musical star in her own right, Kandi Burruss has baked classic bops for an endless array of artists including TLC, Destiny’s Child, and Whitney Houston
While on the promotional trail for her ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ spin-off series, ‘Kandi & the Gang,’ the multihyphenate force stopped by TMZ‘s It’s Tricky podcast.
Chopping it up with host Raquel Harper, Kandi was quizzed about who she wanted to work with next.
And it looks like she has her sights set on two of R&B’s most exciting new names.

The ‘No Scrubs’ songwriter revealed she has already reached out to Ari Lennox about giving her songs she has written. She told Harper:
“I hit up Ari Lennox recently and told her I had some songs I want to send her. I haven’t sent them yet, but I’m gonna go ahead and send them. Because it don’t be making sense for these songs to be sitting in my hard drive. There are some really dope records (I have) and I really love her as an artist.”
Kandi also signified Chloe Bailey as another name she’s keen to hit pen tracks for.
