SNL lifted the lid on its hosts and musical guests for its first batch of April episodes.
On April 2, Gunna will perform and Jerrod Carmichael is set to host.
While on April 9, Cabello will blaze the stage, while Jake Gyllenhaal takes on hosting duties.
Lastly, on April 16, Lizzo will pull double duty. For, she’s been enlisted as the evening’s musical vendor and host.
For Cabello, the date is all sorts of apt as it’s just one day after her ‘Familia’ album drops.
In Lizzo’s case, beyond the alignment of her new Amazon Prime Video show (which premieres March 25), one has to wonder if the slot aligns with the eagerly awaited release of new music. As it’s been a while since the release of ‘Rumors (ft. Cardi B)’ last summer.
