For, his song ‘Save Your Tears’ has reached an impressive milestone.

Taking to press, IFPI – the organization that represents the recording industry worldwide – announced that ‘Save Your Tears’ was the best-performing song of 2021.
In doing so, it has become the second year in a row that The Weeknd topped the list of singles. He previously did so in 2020 with the mega-hit –‘Blinging Lights.’ Both songs are from his ‘After Hours’ album.
Elsewhere, Dua Lipa‘s ‘Levitating’ from her ‘Future Nostalgia’ album comes in at #3, Justin Bieber‘s ‘Peaches’ from his ‘Justice’ album comes in at #6, and Lil Nas X’s ‘Montero (Call Me By Your Name)’ comes in at #9.’
