For, his incoming album, Bieber is said to have carved out a unique setup at his record label.

According to Billboard, the ‘Peaches’ performer will draw from a diverse range of resources under the Universal Music Group umbrella.
As such, the 28-year-old will continue to release via Def Jam Records (his longtime hub). Case in point, the as-yet-untitled project’s lead single ‘Honest’ – which debuted today.
In doing so, he will work closely with new CEO Tunji Balogun and his longtime publicity rep at the iconic imprint.
Per the report, Bieber has also interestingly enlisted key figures from the Promotions division of neighboring label Republic Records – home to the likes of Ariana Grande and The Weeknd.
His project will furthermore be worked by a central hub of staffers from across the length and breadth of Universal Music Group. Collectively, the ensemble is aptly named The Center and reports to the CEO of UMG, Lucian Grainge, directly.
