Kanye West fans will no doubt be letting out a collective sigh today. Because it’s been revealed that the rapper has pulled out of Coachella 2022.

Full story below…

A myriad of sources have confirmed that Ye has dropped out of the festival – just two weeks before its grand return.

As reported, the MC was tapped to topline the bill alongside Harry Styles and Billie Eilish.

Naturally, questions around why West exited have arisen. And they are questions that remain unanswered at the time of this report.

Although, speculation will no doubt fly in the wake of West’s removal from the GRAMMY Awards line-up due to “concerning online behavior” towards ex-wife Kim Kardashian, her new partner Pete Davidson, and others.

After a two-year hiatus caused by the global health crisis, Coachella is set to take place at Empire Polo Ground in Indio, Calif across the weekends of April 15-17 and April 22-24, 2022.

Interestingly, upon being announced as a performer, West promised fans he would be bringing out embattled rapper Travis Scott – who was once attached to a headline slot himself prior to the Astroworld tragedy and its ongoing aftermath.

With Ye’s departure from the line-up, suffice to say that Scott’s involvement is now a conundrum.

There has been no word yet from Coachella organizers as relates to West or a replacement. However, an official statement detailing the course of action is expected imminently.
