The Recording Industry Association (RIAA) recently took to press to reveal the 26-year-old, who is currently putting her music career on hold while she recuperates from throat surgery, is still getting major love on digital music sale and streaming platforms as evidenced by the ongoing commercial performance of singles from her last two albums ‘Hot Pink’ and ‘Planet Her.’

With the upgrades above Doja Cat’s digital singles now sit at a cumulative 31 million in sales. Among female rappers, only Nicki Minaj (36 million) and Cardi B (52 million) have sold more over their careers.
As of time reported, Cat is tied with Miley Cyrus as the 13th best-selling female artist of the digital era. The list is led by Rihanna (whose career-long tally is at 155.5 million) followed by Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Cardi B, Mariah Carey, Billie Eilish, Halsey, Nicki Minaj, Adele, Kesha, and Lana Del Rey.
