Taylor Swift’s ‘RED (Taylor’s Version)’ Deemed Eligible for 2023 GRAMMY Awards

Taylor Swift could see many more GRAMMY Awards in her future, thanks to her ‘RED (Taylor’s Version)’ album.

For, it has been deemed eligible for the 2023 ceremony.

The Recording Academy confirmed to Billboard that the album will be eligible if submitted “as it is a new recording.”

As for what categories the album could be nominated in, it could see nominations in all the major ones as well as both pop and country ones.

It is eligible for: Album of the Year, Best Country Album, Song and Record of the Year for ‘All Too Well (Ten Minute Version),’ Pop Solo Performance for ‘All Too Well,’ Best Country Song and Best Country Duo Group Performance for ‘I Bet You Think About Me’ with Chris Stapleton, Best Music Video for ‘All Too Well,’ and finally Best Engineered Album (Non-Classical).

If it manages to score a nod for Album of the Year, then it would become Swift’s fifth nomination in the category and would land her just behind Barbra Streisand as the female artist with the most album of the year nominations.

Moreover, if nominated, ‘RED (Taylor’s Version)’ would be the first re-recording of an album by an artist to be nominated for album of the year.

While nothing is set in stone as of now, all will be revealed on November 15 to see if the album is indeed nominated.
