Ciara is strutting the promotional trail in support of her new single ‘Better Thangs’ and 93.5 KDAY was the singer’s latest stop.
Chopping it up with hosts Cece Valencia and Romeo, CiCi dished on working with Summer Walker on the track. The GRAMMY winner revealed she gave her friend and fellow R&B chanteuse three songs to pick from and the end result ended up being what was hoped for all along.
Expanding on the process of piecing together the cut’s housing album (the follow-up to 2019’s ‘Beauty Marks’), the 36-year-old shared that the process of recording took “about two weeks” during the pandemic and saw her creative juices flowing with right-hand producer Theron Thomas.
