Nicki Minaj and Lil Nas X have hit songs on each of their respective hands.
Case in point, they are making major moves at pop radio.
More details below…
On this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart, ‘Super Freaky Girl’ places at #14. It manages to creep into the top 15 on the chart thanks to 7,138 spins during the October 9-15 tracking period. It tops last week’s numbers by 719 spins.
Elsewhere, Lil Nas X’s ‘Star Walkin’ earned 7,101 spins during the same tracking period. As a result, it is up two spots to #15 and bests its previous week’s amount of spins by 810.
‘Super Freaky Girl’ was a huge success for Minaj, because it became her first solo #1 single. It broke several records upon its release and shows no signs of slowing down.
