Kelly Rowland was the picture of perfection at the 2023 Kids’ Choice Awards (March 4).
Working the orange carpet of the annual Nickelodeon event alongside her children and husband, Tim Weatherspoon, the GRAMMY winner turned heads by rocking a theme-fitting orange blazer with white cropped bra top and high-waisted denim jeans.
When not earning praise for her wardrobe ensemble, Rowland was being quizzed about her forthcoming ventures – including new music.

Catching up with ‘Entertainment Tonight,’ Kelly fielded questions about her love of Beyonce‘s latest megahit, ‘Cuff It,’ her thoughts on the diva’s forthcoming ‘Renaissance’ tour, and more before pivoting to discussions about her own music.
“It’s gonna be a yes for sure,” Rowland responded when asked if she will be working on a new album – her first body of work since 2021’s ‘K’ EP.
Despite resident ET anchor Deidre Behar pressing the Destiny’s Child alum for the yet-titled effort’s tentative release date, Kelly managed to keep it mums.
“I’m not saying anything,” she said smiling. “I don’t think it’s fair when I say something then I don’t fulfill it because something comes up, whether it’s life or a movie. I’d rather just surprise [the fans]: the people who have consumed and listened and supported my music for 20-plus years. I want to surprise them. I think they deserve that.”
The quote came shortly after the 42-year-old opted not to confirm if the next set with be R&B-based or Dance-based like her hits ‘Commander,’ ‘When Love Takes Over,’ and ‘Down For Whatever.’
