In a ruling on July 10, TMZ reported that Judge Holly J. Fujie dismissed a breach of contract lawsuit filed by Jennifer McBride, who pleaded no contest in connection to the robbery of Mother Monster’s dog walker.
McBride argued that she was entitled to the $500,000 reward since she returned the dogs. However, the judge sided with Gaga’s team and said that McBride could not “profit from her participation in a crime.”
Neither side has spoken on the verdict as of reporting.
McBride was one of five people charged in connection to the gunpoint dog-napping of Gaga’s dogs.
