At 64-years-young, Queen of Pop Madonna is still getting into the groove and garnering royal thumbs up from dedicated fans and well-wishers after a highly publicized health scare forced her to postpone the forthcoming ‘Celebration World Tour.’

Taking to Instagram on Thurday (July 27), Madge toasted the 40th anniversary of the release of her eponymous debut album with a video of her showing off some dance moves to the project’s hit single ‘Lucky Star.’
“To be able to move my body and dance just a little bit makes me feel like the Luckiest Star in the world!” she wrote in the clip’s caption. “Thank you to all of my fans and friends! You must be my lucky stars too! And Happy 40th Birthday to my very. First Album- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.”
The clip marks her first social media appearance since breaking her silence about the battle with a bacterial infection that left her hospitalized for days in June.
“My first thought when I woke up in the hospital was my children. My second thought was that I did not want to disappoint anyone who bought tickets for my tour,” she said on the July 10 social media post. “I also didn’t want to let down the people who worked tirelessly with me over the last few months to create my show. I hate to disappoint anyone.”
The ‘Celebration’ outing – a live greatest hits nod to her 40 years of hitmaking – was originally set to kick off in Vancouver on July 15 but will now start in Europe in the Fall.
More information about the jaunt is expected to roll out by summer’s end.
