Hip-Hop hitmaker Nelly is the latest name to land a lucrative payout for their music catalog.

A source close to the ‘Country Grammar’ MC revealed that he has teamed with HarbourView Equity Partners, who have acquired select recorded assets from the multi-Platinum-selling, GRAMMY-winning star.

The pact includes some of Nelly’s most notable releases such as ‘Hot in Herre,’ ‘Ride Wit Me,’ and #1 smash ‘Dilemma’ featuring Kelly Rowland.

Beyond the music rights deal, Nelly is reportedly hard at work on a brand new album named ‘Heartland 2.’ Serving as a sequel to his like-titled 2021 effort, the incoming release sees the St. Louis native continue his fusion of Rap and Country.

The news comes on the heels of the rapper’s Hot In Herre Festival in Toronto.
