Per Hits Daily Double, the singer’s re-recording of her 2010 LP is on track to debut with the following US units first week:
650,000-700,000
It’ll easily see the 22-track project – which features six new songs – debut at #1 on the Billboard 200.
As has become the norm with Swift’s releases, the project has been made available in a wide variety of configurations. Indeed, beyond streaming, ‘Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)’ was released on CD, vinyl, and cassette. With multiple versions of each.

Her last 3 albums got great production quality but they are not that great, she has 2 good albums and the rest are just good singles. She is super overrated in terms of Grammys
No hate but its about marketing. Just like with ADELE. When Adele and Taylor drop their albums, retail stores have several areas of the store that their albums on display front and center. Multiples copies. Black artists do NOT get this treatment. Not anymore. I have worked in retail stores. When taylor and adele drop, they get whole display tables and everything with their albums on display. I personally believe these sales come from immaculate marketing. The LAST black artist I remember being promoted well was Chamillionaire. He had a whole commercial that played damn near back to back that told you to go buy the album. Even beyonce does not get this treatment today.. Marketing and available resources.
