Diehard New Edition fans who missed the legendary sextet aboard their nationwide ‘Legacy Tour‘ earlier this year will get the chance to see them perform their greatest hits like ‘Can You Stand the Rain,’ ‘Candy Girl,’ ‘If It Isn’t Love,’ and more aboard a newly announced Vegas residency.
Beginning February 28, Bobby, Ronnie, Ricky, Mike, Ralph, and Johnny will be showcasing their legendary talents at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas for a six-night stay that wraps up March 9.
“Fulfilling a career-long dream to solidify ourselves with a residency performance in the entertainment capital of the world, we are beyond excited to embark on this fantastical journey at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas,” they shared in a press release. “On behalf of all of us, including Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike, Ralph & Johnny, it is our extreme purpose to give our fans a show that they cannot witness anywhere else in the world.”
Tickets can be purchased here starting Friday (November 10) at 10 a.m. PT.
The news comes just days after the iconic sixsome toasted another classic R&B group: The Spinners.
Known for their hits ‘It’s a Shame,’ ‘I’ll Be Around,’ ‘The Rubbermand Man,’ ‘Sadie,’ and ‘Games People Play,’ were one of 13 acts including Chaka Khan, Sheryl Crow, Missy Elliott, George Michael, Willie Nelson, and others inducted ino this year’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
