Nigerian hitmaker Asake has breathed new life into his beloved hit ‘Lonely at the Top’ by enlisting GRAMMY, OSCAR, and EMMY award-winning songstress H.E.R. for its official remix.
“It’s lonely at the top (Lonely, lonely, lonely) / Money on my mind (Money, money, money) / Don’t care what they yarning about me in particular (Ko kan mi, kan mi, kan mi) / Out here on the road chasing my dream because I know (No one can chase it for me),” he sings on the Blaise Beatz-produced track.
Originally found aboard his prized ‘Work of Art’ album released earlier this year, the updated take on ‘Top’ is one of multiple remixes listed in the November 17-released EP that also includes dance-inspired renditions and more.
