Nicki Minaj continues to pound the pavement in support of her fifth studio album ‘Pink Friday 2.’
Released December 8, the project later made history when it soared to #1 on the Billboard 200 with the biggest first-week sales for a female Hip-Hop album this decade.
With hopes of securing the throne for a second run, the Rap Queen’s promotional promenade has taken her to the TV circuit.
Having already sent her faithful fans (affectionately called #Barbz) into a frenzy with a visit to ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen‘ on December 14, she later turned heads on ‘Kelly & Mark’ (December 19) as well as ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ (December 20).

Taking to ‘The Late Show,’ Minaj dished on the inspiration behind ‘PF2’ and suggests more new songs are on the way.
“I’m still working on it,” she revealed to Colbert. “I just always feel like I didn’t get it right and want to fix things and make changes.”
When asked why it took 13 years to deliver the sequel to her chart-topping debut album, 2010’s ‘Pink Friday,’ Minaj says the answer was simple.
“It’s just where I was feeling in my life mentally,” she revealed. “[The new LP] felt like a second-coming of that moment.”
Elsewhere in the fun-filled chat the GRAMMY nominee talked about the meaning of ‘Gag City’ and even suggested she’s adding even MORE dates to her forthcoming ‘Pink Friday 2 World Tour.’
“The tour starts in March and so far we’ve announced for the U.S. and some places in Europe but we’re adding,” she relayed before shouting out London, Paris, the DMV area, Detroit, and New York as some of her favorite places to perform in.

Why add more dates if the current ones aren’t selling? Touring is a TRUE sign of demand. Barbz can’t manipulate those. Thousands of tickets are currently available in New Orleans, some for the modest price of $56.
Charlotte isn’t sold out either lol
Tour 90% sold out. Drop a tear🥲
