A woman is pressing on with her lawsuit against Migos rapper Takeoff a year after the star’s tragic death.
And, to proceed with the complaint, she’s seeking to substitute the MC’s mother as a defendant.

The accuser, who is listed anonymously as a Jane Doe, claims Takeoff – born Kirshnik Khari Ball – sexually assaulted her at a an Encino house party on June 23, 2020.
She filed suit in that same year.
In her submission, which was lodged with the Los Angeles Superior Court, she alleges that Takeoff made many advances at her on the evening of the alleged sexual assaul. She says she rejected them all.
Continuing, she claims that when going to a bedroom to lay down, he ignored her disinterest, followed her into the room, and “forced himself on her and engaged in sexual intercourse.”
In a bid to proced with her suit, the Jane Doe is seeking to force Takeoff’s mother Titiana Davenport to be listed as a defendant given that she is the acting administrator of his estate in a Georgia probate court.
A hearing to address the Jane Doe’s defendant substitution motion has been set for February 22, 2024.
