Almost 12 years after thrilling music lovers with his last album, ‘Comfortable Swagg,’ R&B veteran Jon B has lifted the lid on news about its long-awaited follow-up ‘Waiting On You.’
Due on digital shelves February 23, the 11-track project is said to feature big names like Alex Isley, Donell Jones, Rick Ross, and Tank.
Jon joined forces with the latter for the music video of the LP’s title track.
“‘Waiting on You’ describes the feeling of anticipating love in your life, the seasons of waiting,” the GRAMMY nominee relayed. “No matter the timing, even when it seems like it’s taking forever, you have to be patient for your partner in life. Not giving up makes it all worth the wait.”

The only white man who can do r&b. I don’t love it, but I do love me some Jon B.
yes hunnie, he is so hot and handsome. Robin Thicke can do R&B too. They both are hot hot hot like my exclusive ling ling sauce.
Agree! Jon B and Michael McDonald, both seem more authentic and themselves than Robin Thicke, who in my opinion has too often bitten off of Marvin Gaye’s singing style.
