Kelly Rowland is hot on the promotional trail for her new movie ‘Mea Culpa.’
The Netflix production, which was produced by Tyler Perry and co-stars Trevante Rhodes, arrives on February 23 and to trumpet its incoming debut, Ms. Kelly stopped by the Sherri Shepherd Show.
During the visit, the multi-hyphenate was quizzed on long-awaited return to music.

Speaking candid when questioned about new material, Rowland shared:
“I am literally going to start working on new music. Here’s the thing, I had to be inspired, you know what I mean. Like, I had to have something to talk about. You don’t want to just go in the studio and just like pull something out of a hat. You want to have something to talk about. So now I do.”
