Queen of Pop Madonna recently courted yet another royal visitor to her critically acclaimed ‘Celebration Tour‘: Queen of NeoSoul Erykah Badu.

From Kylie Minogue and Cardi B to Scarlett Johansson, Chris Rock, Drew Barrymore, and more, Madonna’s latest world tour has drawn a who’s who of Hollywood to its audience and to its stage.

Keeping fans on the edge of their seats wondering who the special guest will be for the ‘Vogue‘ segment, concertgoers were particularly surprised when Badu popped up at the tour’s Dallas stop on Monday (March 25).

And while Madge and Erykah thrilled onlookers as they handed out “10s” to the dancers (as seen in the video above), it was the latter who was ultimately dishing out compliments the next day on Instagram (March 26).

“Madonna showed out ! 😂😍♥️❤️About Last Night .4 decades of CREATIVE EXPRESSION !!!! I was with the original OG LAST NIGHT !!!!! YOU ARE A SYMBOL OF FREEDOM AND INCLUSION!!!! Always so deliberate with your art . I respect and appreciate our sisterhood THANKYOU @madonna and family for hosting my family on our mommy daughter date,” the ‘On and On’ singer posted to her 6.5 million followers.

The 65-year-old icon is nearing the end of the whirlwind jaunt which has already taken her across Europe and North America and will see her do dates in Central America before wrapping up in South America on May 4.

According to Billboard, the global trek will generate north of $225 million by the time it concludes.
