Doja Cat Becomes The First Female Rapper To Have Six Songs Reach 1 Billion Streams On Spotify

Doja Cat has just reached a major career milestone, one that no other female rapper has achieved.

Doja Cat’s song ‘Paint The Town Red’ has now surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify. In doing so, she now becomes the first female rapper to have six songs reach 1 billion streams on the platform.

Some of her other songs that have reached 1 billion streams on the platform include: ‘Woman,’ ‘Kiss Me More,’ and ‘Streets.’ 

‘Paint The Town Red’ was a huge success for Doja Cat. The song served as the lead single from her ‘Scarlet’ album and reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart where it became her second song to reach the spot and her first solo one to do so.
