The show must go on and, according to Xscape, it most definitely will be.
All week there have been murmurs that estranged member LaTocha Scott allegedly fired off a legal letter to the group and promoters of ‘The Queens of R&B’ trek with SWV claiming that her ownership in the band’s name means the tour cannot go ahead without her approval. Via Instagram, a joint message from the group read:
“A co-owner of a trademark is unable to maintain an infringement action against another co-owner of the same trademark. Each co-owner has the right to exercise its trademark rights, including granting licenses to third parties (i.e. Live Nation and Monami Entertainment). “A valid licensee of one co-owner of a trademark cannot be liable to another co-owner for infringement.”
Tamika Scott went on to caption the post:
“Despite All The Rumors, Xscape 👑 SWV The Queens Of R&B Tour Is Definitely Still On!! Get Your Tickets Now And Come Kick It With Us! We Love Our Fans🥰❤️❤️! We Can’t Wait To See You There.”

Hum. Latocha is spitting some venom since she was kicked out of the group for stealing from her sister and from the group
I didn’t know she got kicked out after the theft
When Black woman desperate to work, when there is no chicken left in the fridge
Kandi just needs to buy out LaTocha’s portion of the Xscape trademark. Maybe she can use that money to pay her sister back for that money Rocky stole.
