Boasting a colossal career spanning over three decades, the performer will be saluted for his contributions to music and pop culture more broadly at the June 30 ceremony.
Usher will join an elite list of legends bestowed with the honor including Whitney Houston, Prince, Queen Latifah, Anita Baker, Mary J. Blige, Samuel Jackson, Lionel Richie, and New Edition.
