Diddy‘s legal woes continue to worsen because the Bad Boy mogul has been hit with another sexual assault and drugging lawsuit.

This time by a former model who alleges that the embattled star promised her professional advancement only to carry out unfathomable acts on her.

Diddy’s image had already been dented in earnest by the lengthy list of lawsuits filed against him – alleging everything from sexual assault to violence to trafficking.

Indeed, of the mounting filings, Cassie‘s bombshell 2023 suit appeared to set the wheels in motion.

Now, as Diddy (born Sean Combs) attempts to navigate the unsealing of a 2016 video of him attacking his ex, he’s being accused of further wrongs.

According to TMZ, Crystal McKinney is alleging that she met the star when she was 22 at a 2003  Men’s Fashion Week event. She claims he then invited her to his studio.

Upon arriving, she alleges Diddy and others in the vicinity were drinking Hennessy and puffing on joints. She shared that she took a hit and described it as “very powerful” to the extent that she felt she was floating. The suit alleges the joint was laced with a much stronger substance.

McKinney alleges Diddy demanded she follow him to the bathroom, where he allegedly forced himself onto her, first kissing her and then demanding that she “suck” his private parts. She says she, under the circumstances, gave the performer oral sex.

She claims she began walking away, but quickly felt dizzy and eventually lost consciousness. It’s further claimed that the next recollection she had was waking up in a taxi and realizing that she had been sexually assaulted.

McKinney says she was blacklisted from the modeling businesses, which in turn led to depression and she attempted to take her own life the following year.

As a result of the alleged encounter, she is seeking unspecified damages.
