TidalWave Productions has created an extensive library of over 300 biographical comics over its tenure and even used its ‘Female Force’ series to toast the immeasurable accomplishments of influential women like Oprah Winfrey, Dolly Parton, Selena, Beyonce, and more over the years.
This month, the animation giants revealed plans to release one of their most highly anticipated projects yet – this time honoring the life and legacy of Pop Queen Janet Jackson.

One of music history’s biggest divas, Jackson will see a spotlight shone on her legendary career courtesy of the forthcoming installment of TidalWave’s ‘Female Force’ series.
Scheduled for release on May 16 (Janet’s 58th birthday), the 22-page edition was penned by Michael Frizell, illustrated by Ramon Salas, and will be available in both digital and print formats on several major retailers including Amazon.
TidalWave has also announced plans to release softcover and hardcover versions of the comic.
