Irv Gotti may be making more headlines for personal misses than professional hits over the last few years, but that’s not stopping the music mogul from attempting to clear his name.
Most recently, he learned he was the center of a lawsuit stemming from a Jane Doe who alleges he coerced her into performing sexual acts between 2020 to 2022.
Fed up with the negative press, Gotti clapped back at the accusations by not only denying wrongdoing but even threatening legal action of his own.

Via a statement issued by his rep, Gotti branded the lawsuit as “baseless” and has vowed to fight back.
“[Irv] rejected the attempt by this individual to coerce a payment of money from him,” the spokesperson relayed about the suit’s origin. “The lawsuit contains a single page of ‘facts’ which are unsworn to, sparse by any measure, and which Mr. Gotti categorically denies.”
What’s more, the rep claims the 54-year-old Murder Inc. founder – despite previous reports of the contrary – has had nothing but a respectable history with women.
“The allegations represent an affront to women who have truly suffered abuse. Mr. Gotti has been surrounded by strong women the entirety of his life – his mother, five sisters, and daughter. The top employees at his company are women. Mr. Gotti’s relationships with women have been characterized by mutual respect, honesty, and empathy. Mr. Gotti’s reputation has been placed at issue,” the spokesperson shared.
According to TMZ, Gotti is weighing all of his legal options in the fight including filing a countersuit for defamation.
The news of Irv’s latest woes landed on the desk of his longtime nemesis 50 Cent (born Curtis Jackson), who joked about the matter by claiming the legal fees would have a huge negative impact on the music mogul’s finances.
“The legal fee’s are gonna break his a** in half, he ain’t got no money,” 50 shared on Instagram.
At the time of this report Irv’s not responded to Jackson’s latest disses.
