With the countdown to the July 26 release date of her anxiously awaited debut album, ‘Y2K,’ winding down, Ice Spice is giving music lovers yet another reason to rush to digital shelves to cop the set.
Having already won over listeners with her latest string of singles ‘Think U the Sh*t (Fart),’ ‘Gimmie A Light,’ and ‘Phat Butt,’ the GRAMMY nominee delivered the newest taste from the project’s tracklist on Friday (July 12) – ‘Did It First.’
“If he’s cheatin’, I’m doin’ him worse (Like)/ No Uno, I hit the reverse (Grrah)/ I ain’t trippin’, the grip in my purse (Grrah)/ I don’t care, ’cause he did it first (Like)/ If he’s cheatin’, I’m doin’ him worse (Yeah)/ I ain’t trippin’—/ I ain’t trippin’, the grip in my purse (Like)/ I don’t care, ’cause he did it first,” she raps on the chorus of the RIOTUSA-produced cut.
Coming as her first collaboration with Central Cee, the tune’s arrival was accompanied by a music video directed by Spice as well as Edgar Esteves and Nikita Vilchinski.
See the action inside.
all her songs are literally the same. zero growth as an artist…
I was literally thinking the same thing as I listened to this. They’re all interchangeable. From flow to beat
So gross.
