Tinashe has danced on the Billboard 200 with her new album ‘Quantum Baby’ – but only just.

The performer unlocked the project on August 16 fueled by the success of viral hit ‘Nasty.’
And while that release succeeded in becoming the star’s highest-charting solo single to date, it doesn’t appear the buzz has translated to its housing LP.
At least not yet.
Because the project limped in at #199 on the Billboard 200 with 8000 equivalent units sold first week in the United States.
By contrast to ‘Nasty,’ ‘Quantum Baby’ now serves as Tinashe’s lowest-charting album to date.

I bought a CD copy on her website and most of the CDs and Vinyls were sold out. Her core fan base is supporting her and that’s what got this album to chart.
It shouldn’t cost too much to print up 1000 copies for her fanbase, Eddie.
