Per the filing, Cardi is seeking primary custody of their two children – Kulture and Wave.
The news comes amidst an avalanche of fresh cheating rumors; something that has plagued the pair since they went public with their union.
However, a source says the latest straying allegations aimed at Offset are not the cause.
An insider shared:
“They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else. This is something she wants to do.”
