Irv Gotti is no stranger to headlines and found himself a trending topic this week when murmurs hit the wire that he had suffered a stroke.
Now, not only has it been confirmed that the music executive was indeed struck by a stroke but longtime rival 50 Cent wasted no time throwing jabs at his circumstance.

After remarks made by Wack 100 about Gotti’s health, a rep issued a statement to TMZ. It read:
“Irv has been struggling with diabetes for years, which caused him to have a minor stroke over six months ago. He has since changed his diet to eating more healthy. He’s been successful in making a full recovery. Irv is not in a rehab facility. He is at home with his family, enjoying life.”
It’s been well documented that there is no love lost between the Murder INC founder and G-Unit General. However, it appears time hasn’t been a healer.
Because the ever-outspoken 50 has taken to social media to poke fun at Gotti. Sharing a snap of the media maestro walking with a cane, he wrote:
“Damn homie, in high school you was the man homie, WTF happened to you? I want Irv to get well, 🤨so he can have to watch my next wave 🌊 LOL”
Yikes!
