Taking to social media, the MC announced that he will be performing at Atlanta Black Pride on September 1.
Trumpeting the news, Choppa seized the moment to clap back at his critics and express his gratitude to the LGBTQ community for their support of his single ‘Slut Me Out 2.’
He said:
“If you’re a person who has had something to say about me over the last six months. Regarding whether I’m gay, the f-bomb, if I’m this or that, well this might make you a little more madder and make you more infatuated with trying to come to a conclusion of who I am. Because I know I am so deeply and so appreciative of who I am, I will be doing my justice by coming to Atlanta for Black Pride Fest and showing love to the LGBTQ community for being one of the best audiences streaming ‘Slut Me Out 2.’
Same way they are pouring love into me, the same way I’m giving back love. I’m gonna let y’all judge me again and say what you want to say because you’re gonna say what you’re gonna say regardless.”

hunnie, we don’t want yo love…
he getting that gay $$$$$$$$ too. Plenty rappers rep for gay fashion designers to
I’m not a fan but that’s nice of him to do..takes balls to do that esp being that he comes from a homophobic community. He’s a handsome young man and he seems like he means well. I wish him the best
Takes balls to do? No, it doesn’t. What it takes balls to do nowadays is to say you’re NOT performing at a Pride Parade. Supporting the lgbtq is the “in thing to do,” and a sure fire way to career advancement in the music industry.
I hate you so much that I hired a gypsy woman to curse your eyes. Pretty soon, all you will see is big fat Ds coming at and on your face.
