For, the singer-actress has surprised the masses by announcing that she got married last week.

The Destiny’s Child original turned solo chart-topper revealed news of her wedding to Taleo Coles in the latest issue of Essence.
Speaking at her Houston-housed ceremony, Luckett said of Coles (who relocated after their romance ignited), moved attendees to tears when she shared:
“This love feels like rest.”
Continuing, Luckett added:
“I feel like our story is one of hope,” Luckett explains. “For the single moms who might doubt that love and a blended family are possible, I hope our journey shows them that it’s never too late to find happiness and build something beautiful.”
Guests present at the Devon Franklin helmed ceremony included LaTavia Roberson and Tina Knowles.

Latoya’s choice in men hasn’t been the best in the past. I hope she applied more discernment this time. I find it odd though that he has no kids at 43, is an entrepreneur but it’s not exactly clear what he does. Also, they got married within 1 year of dating? Mhhhhh
