TLC star T-Boz is in better health following a serious setback that saw the group forced to cancel multiple shows.
As reported, the ‘Waterfalls’ singer suffered severe intestinal blockage and was hospitalized.
Now, with the worst of the situation seemingly in rearview, she’s seizing the moment to set the record – and her critics – straight.

Despite the severity of the situation, T-Boz says she was subject to an avalanche of hurtful words and speculation from folk online. Their remarks, she says, ranged from ozempic accusations to probing at her lifelong battle with Sickle Cell.
“ONLY BECAUSE ITS OUT THERE… THANK U FOR ALL THE LOVE AND CONCERN I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!! But let me help educate some since there’s so many new doctors out here and y’all seem to know so much about everything but nothing….😳 Stay Happy and Healthy …. I’ll See Y’all Soon At The Rescheduled Shows… I’m Doing Great And Blessed!!! 👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾👉🏾 All Pages Until The End!!! TLC”
In the candid video statement, she said:
“I want to thank y’all for all the love and prayers I got. I do appreciate that. ]However] I don’t like…the people who make fun of people’s health and stuff, y’all have some Karma. People have died from what I went through. It had nothing to do with Sickle Cell. I am Tionne Watkins, who happens to have [it]. But everything that happens to me does not have to do with Sickle Cell.
It had nothing to with constipation. No, I’m not on ozempic. Everybody and every celeb is not on ozempic. The ignorance is disheatening to me. I would just pray for people or if I had nothing to say I would shut the hell up and say nothing at all, but y’all don’t know how to f**king do that. It amazes me how negative the world is.”

Expanding on the matter, T-Boz appeared on the Portia Show and shared:
“This can happen to anybody who has had abdominal surgery. I had surgery almost 24 years ago and scare tissue rubbed against my intestines causing blockage.”
