Her album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ is back at #1 this week. The project has now spent 13 weeks at the top position.
The album earned 71,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending August 1. Notably, the album becomes the smallest weekly sum for a #1 album since March when Morgan Wallen‘s ‘One Thing At A Time’ was in the top spot with 68,000 units.
Notably, that same album was also the last album to spend 13 weeks at #1 too. The last album by a female artist to spend 13 weeks at #1 was Adele‘s ’21.’ That album went on to score a record 24 weeks at #1.
