The case serves as one of several leveled against the Hip-Hop titan.

And perhaps that very fact is the reason he did not attend a hearing related to the matter.

In his absence, the presiding judge issued a default judgment awarding Cardello-Smith the seismic sum of money.

A payment schedule mandating monthly payments of $10 million per month was also established. It starts on October 1.

A rep for Diddy was defiant in their stance that the matter would be challenged and eventually dismissed. A statement read:

“This man [Cardello-Smith] is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years. His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him let alone been served with any lawsuit. Mr. Combs looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed.”
