Pharrell Williams Postpones Something In The Water Festival to 2025

Pharrell Williams has postponed Something in the Water festival.

More details below…

On the day that pre-sale tickets for the event went on sale and the festival’s lineup was set to be revealed, Pharrell announced that the festival will not take place this year.

“Dearest Virginia, I love you with all my heart. Nobody loves you more than I do. Virginia doesn’t deserve better, Virginia deserves THE BEST. So SOMETHING IN THE WATER has to match that. It just isn’t ready yet. That’s why we as a team have decided that we must postpone this year’s SOMETHING IN THE WATER festival that was due to take place in October,” he said.

“his is not a Pharrell festival, this is the state of Virginia’s festival so it has to be the best. Virginia made me, and I want to honor it with as much love as it’s shown me my entire life. And you know me, everywhere I go it’s VA,” he continued.

Originally, it was set to take place in April before being pushed to October and now 2025.

So PW cancels the S(crap)ITW festival to April 2025, after he originally moved it from April because of rainy weather. And after folks waited in line for hours to get tickets for unknown talent (sic), and after local business relied upon the festival for revenue. VA Bch should get some balls and tell Pharrell to take his football and go home.
