The sexual assault accusations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs show no signs of slowing.

With new claims seemingly arising on a daily basis, Combs is not only behind bars awaiting a 2025 criminal trial for federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering but is also facing over 140 civil lawsuits for sexual misconduct.

The latest to join the lot are among the most disturbing.

Attorneys Tony Buzbee and Andrew Van Arsdale filed suits on behalf of multiple clients on Monday (October 28) – all of which allege some type of sexual abuse, misconduct, or assault at the hands of the embattled mogul.

Among them, an aspiring artist who identifies as “John Doe” says he was merely 10-years-old when he was allegedly drugged and raped by Combs during a 2005 audition.

Another aspiring artist claims he was only 17-years-old when he was sexually assaulted by Diddy and the music mogul’s bodyguard while auditioning for ‘Making the Band’ in 2008.

Reiterating a previous statement, reps for Combs slammed the accusations as “publicity stunts.”

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” the statement to the press began. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
