While the Bad Boy founder sits behind bars awaiting trial on federal criminal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, a Texas-based attorney has announced that a wave of civil lawsuits are incoming.
At a press conference, Tony Buzbee shared that he is representing 120 accusers with allegations against Diddy (born Sean Combs). The claims span 20 years.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.”
Of the allegations, he continued:
“Many powerful people … many dirty secrets. [We have] collected pictures, video, texts.”
The accusations are said to be comprised of:
“Violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, sexual abuse of minors.”
Buzbee concluded:
“Because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure – damn sure – we are right. These names will shock you.”
The new suits – which are set to be filed across various states in the coming days – add to an already mountainous set of civil cases Diddy is facing.
