Citing an injury, JT stressed that he is “so sorry” and “so disappointed” that he will not be able to perform at the Prudential Center tonight (October 8).
Via Instagram, Timberlake – who is in the thick of promotion for new album ‘Everything I Thought It Was’ – wrote:
“I’m so sorry to postpone tonight’s show. I have an injury that is preventing me from performing. I’m so disappointed to not see you all – but I’m working to reschedule ASAP. I promise to make it up to you and give you the show y’all deserve Thank you guys for understanding. Appreciate your support always.
– JT”
The postponement follows the legal melée that saw the star accused of driving while intoxicated after being arrested in The Hamptons. He later copped a plea deal on a lesser charge and avoided both conviction and jail time. He instead received a nominal fine.
