As the November 15 release date of her fifth solo studio album, ‘Bouquet,’ is quickly approaching, expect to see much of Gwen Stefani in the coming weeks.
After making headlines with her comeback single, ‘Somebody Else’s,’ Stefani is looking to capitalize on the buzz surrounding her forthcoming project by giving fans yet another taste of what they can expect from the effort in new song ‘Swallow My Tears.’
“I stay one step ahead of the pain / I keep an umbrella when there’s no rain / I got my guard up when there’s no war / Don’t know what I’m fighting for / Give me a second, I need to swallow my tears,” she wails on the Country-leaning Pop cut.
Produced by Scott Hendricks and Cirkut, hear ‘Tears’ in full inside.
Flop
Pay some respect to this 90s/2000s icon. People so easily forget her impact
//// I can agree this song isn’t it though
And 80s! She’s one of the best to ever do it.
One of a kind
Now about the song, it’s 4/10
Love her though
Did you swallow your ping pong balls, you chopstick.
The cookie cutter chorus ruins it. It was almost a really good song for her.
