Dominating social media discourse, the tracks are also making a splash on the streaming scene.
So much so, that the project has racked up a reported 120 million streams in a mere matter of days and is set to debut huge on the Billboard 200. Indeed, a #1 landing appears to be a shoo-in.
While many of the tracks are drumming up buzz, ‘squabble up’ has particularly taken off on TikTok.
As a result, the song is pacing toward becoming Lamar’s third #1 hit of 2024 on the Hot 100.
He previously reached pole position as a feature on Future and Metro Boomin‘s ‘Like That’ before repeating the feat with Drake diss ‘Not Like Us.’
Beyond possibly becoming Lamar’s 5th career #1 on the chart, it would mark his third song to debut at #1 – this year.
